The proposed candidate for the Program Manager in Shri B D Tatti (A) Memorial Charitable Trust (www.bdt-india.org) which works with people with neuro-diversity will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the Principalin managing the daily operations of the trust . This role requires an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students with neuro-diverse conditions, including autism, Intellectual disabilities, CP,MD and hearing impairment, and other learning differences.

Some of the key responsibilities of a Program Manager in a Trust for Children with disabilities and Person with disabilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting teachers and staff: The Program Manager works closely with the Principal and Trust to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to teachersand staff, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to meet thediverse needs of their students.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures: Working closely with the Principal to develop and implement school policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Building relationships with families and communities: Playing a key role in building positive relationships with families and communities, working to ensure that
they are engaged and informed about school activities, programs, and events.
• Supporting student achievement: Working closely with teachers and staff to monitor student progress and identify areas where additional support is needed.They may also work with students directly, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Managing school operations: The program manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of school operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and
facilities management.
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations: Responsible for ensuring that the school complies with all applicable laws and regulations related to education and disability rights, particularly with regard to students with disabilities conditions
• To sum up, the Vice Principal needs to play a critical role in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students can thrive. To work closely with the Principal, teachers, staff, families, and communities to support student success and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Preferred qualifications that need to be considered for this role include

• Education and experience: A candidate for the Senior Program Manager role
should have a minimum of a Master’s degree in education, special education, psychology, counseling or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a leadership role in a school or educational setting.
• Knowledge of disabilities : A strong understanding of neuro-diverse conditions, including autism, ID CP MD and Hearing impairment, is essentialfor this role
