Some of the key responsibilities of a Program Manager in a Trust for Children with disabilities and Person with disabilities will include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: The Vice Principal should be able to communicate effectively with students, families, staff, and community members, and be able to build positive relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Leadership and management skills: The candidate should have strong leader-ship and management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate others, make sound decisions, and manage resources effectively.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations: A strong understanding of laws and regulations related to education and disability rights is essential for this role, particularly with regards to students with disabilities .
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion: A strong commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the school, and be able to ensure that
all students feel safe, welcomed, and supported

The candidate needs to commit to the role for at least a tenure of 3 years due to the delicate nature of the job addressing the needs of people with neuro-diverse needs. Experience and Package: The candidate should have the experience of 5 + 1 experience in the disability field and according to it the package will be decided
